  • Power: 240 V / 10 A outlet (avoid power boards/heavy shared circuits).

  • Bench/space: Stable, level surface rated ≥20 kg; keep a safe serving area in front.

  • Ventilation: Use indoors or under cover; the bubble cover helps in windy areas. 

Installation (we can do this for you)

  1. Place on a sturdy, level bench; connect directly to a wall GPO.

  2. Fit the crumb/drip tray and (if supplied) the bubble cover; check door/opening clearance.

  3. Power on; pre-heat per the dial for ~5–6 minutes.

Operation (quick guide)

  • Add measured sugar (and colour/flavour as desired) to the spinning head.

  • Use the sticks to collect floss as it forms; keep the deck/bowl area tidy.

  • Leave the warmer/heat at the recommended setting; adjust slightly for ambient conditions.

  • Food safety: use scoops/sticks only; keep the cover on outdoors. 

Pack-down after your event

  1. Turn HEAT off and allow to cool; turn off the light/aux last.

  2. Empty sugar; wipe the bowl, deck and exterior with a warm damp cloth (no abrasives).

  3. Do not immerse the head/kettle; we complete full strip-down, soak and sanitise at our workshop.

Safety & handling

  • Hot surfaces—operate by adults only and keep children clear.

  • Do not move the unit while hot; keep cords out of walkways.
