Venue requirements

  • Power: Dedicated 240 V / 10 A outlet (avoid power boards and sharing with other heavy appliances).

  • Ventilation: Leave ≥20 cm clearance on sides/back; keep away from ovens, fryers, or direct sun.

  • Environment: Under cover; protect from heat, rain, dust.

Installation (we can do this for you)

  1. Position on a sturdy, level bench/stand; check the machine is upright and stable with 20 cm+ airflow.

  2. Plug directly into a dedicated 10 A GPO; switch on at the wall.

  3. Fit drip tray; confirm bowls/lids/taps are locked in place; power up control panel.

Filling & operation

  • Mix: Use approved slush mix and water per label; do not exceed the max line.

  • Modes: Set each tank to SLUSH for frozen drinks or COLD DRINK for chilled beverages.

  • Freeze time: Typically ~45–90 min depending on room temp and fill level.

  • Alcohol: Start as a non-alcoholic slush; once at full slush, you may add alcohol keeping sugar ~13% and alcohol <13% total—excess alcohol prevents freezing. 

  • During service: Keep product above minimum level so the auger stays engaged and texture remains consistent.

Pack-down after your event

  1. When product runs low, switch from SLUSH to COOL (or OFF).

  2. Dispense remaining product; flush each tap with a small amount of clean water.

  3. Wipe exterior and drip trays; we complete full strip-down, wash and sanitise back at our workshop (per food-service guidance).

Safety & handling

  • Lift with two people; do not tilt or lay on its side.

  • Keep cords clear of walkways; supervise use around children.

  • Follow responsible-service rules if adding alcohol.

  • Deposit: Required to secure your booking; non-refundable within 7 days of the hire date (date changes subject to availability).

  • Power/Access: Client must provide reliable power and safe access; no discount if power is unavailable.

  • Damage/Breakages: Repair or replacement charges may apply if equipment is damaged or returned non-functional.
