Installation

1. We position and secure the frame.
2. Hedge panels are attached and checked for coverage.
3. Styling add-ons such as florals, balloons or signage are installed if booked.
4. Safety check completed before handover.

Pack-down

1. Remove any loose décor or signage.
2. We disassemble and collect the hedge wall.
3. Missing or damaged panels, signs or styling pieces may incur replacement costs.

Safety

• For decoration only.
• Do not climb, lean or pull on the hedge wall.
• Keep away from heaters, BBQs, candles and open flames.
• Outdoor use must be sheltered and protected from wind.

Hire terms

• Deposit: required to secure your booking; non-refundable within 7 days of the event date.
• Access: safe parking and clear access to the setup area must be provided.
• Damage/Missing items: repair or replacement charges may apply.
