Venue requirements

Power: Dedicated 240 V / 10 A outlet; avoid power boards and sharing with other high-draw appliances.

Bench/space: Stable, level surface rated ≥25 kg; allow a safe working area at the front.

Ventilation: Leave some clearance around the sides/back; keep away from direct sun and heat sources.

Indoor/under cover use recommended.
Installation (we can do this for you)

Place the unit on a stable, level bench; plug directly into a wall GPO (10 A).

Fit the crumb/drip tray and check the door swings freely.

Switch POWER / LIGHT / HEAT as per the panel (we’ll show you at delivery).
Operation (quick guide)

Preheat the kettle for ~3–4 minutes (HEAT + STIR/AGITATE on).

Add measured oil → kernels → butter salt; close the lid.
-
Pop cycle completes in a couple of minutes; dump popped corn to the warming deck.

Keep the deck warmer on during service; scoop through to mix seasoning evenly.

Food safety: Use the included scoop (not hands) and keep the door closed between scoops.
Pack-down after your event

Turn HEAT off and allow kettle to cool (lights/warmer off last).

Empty the cabinet; wipe interior glass, deck and kettle exterior with a warm damp cloth (no abrasives).

Do not immerse the kettle; we perform the full strip, soak and sanitise back at our workshop.

Hot surfaces—operate by adults only and keep children clear.

Do not move the unit while hot.

Keep cords away from walkways; avoid water exposure.
