Space & placement

• Flat, stable surface required
• Ceiling clearance of at least 2.2 m recommended

Installation

1. The mesh frame is assembled using the four frame pieces.
2. The metal stand bases are attached to support the frame.
3. Cable ties are used to help secure the mesh and attach décor.
4. For extra stability, fixing ropes can be tied to nearby fixed walls or poles where suitable.

Pack-down

1. Remove balloons, florals and décor.
2. We disassemble and collect the frame.
3. Any hired styling items must be returned with the frame.

Safety

• For decoration only — not a toy or climbing frame.
• Do not lean, pull or hang heavy items from the frame.
• Keep away from heaters, open flames and high-traffic walkways.
• Outdoor use must be sheltered and protected from wind.

• Deposit: required to secure your booking; non-refundable within 7 days of the event date.
• Access: safe parking and clear access to the setup area must be provided.
• Damage/Missing items: repair or replacement charges may apply.
