Trestle Table Hire (Adult)

Sturdy commercial-grade trestle tables for indoor or outdoor events—perfect for buffets, dining, markets and displays.

Note: We take care of our gear, but with high hire volumes some table tops may show superficial scratches. We recommend using tablecloths (available to hire).

What’s included

• Heavy-duty plastic trestle with powder-coated steel frame
• Fold-flat legs (or bi-fold top—see options)
• Delivery & pickup available in Newman

Sizes, seating & options

• 7 ft (213 × 76 cm) – Folding legs (Heavy Duty) → seats 8–10
• 7 ft (213 × 76 cm) – Bi-fold → seats 8–10
• 6 ft (183 × 76 cm) – Folding legs (Heavy Duty) → seats 6–8
• 6 ft (183 × 76 cm) – Bi-fold → seats 6–8

Venue requirements

• Flat, stable surface (grass OK; avoid steep slopes)
• Allow walkways for safe service

Installation (we can do this for you)

1. Tables delivered folded/stacked.
2. Unfold legs (or unfold top for bi-fold), lock braces.
3. Level and space evenly; add linen if hired.

Pack-down after your event

1. Clear tableware and décor.
2. Wipe spills (we’ll deep clean).
3. Fold and stack near access for collection.

Safety

• Do not sit/stand on tables.
• Keep heat sources (BBQs/heaters) off the surface—use heat-proof boards.

Linen (optional)

Black or white tablecloths are available for a clean finish (extra cost).

Hire terms

• Deposit: Required to secure booking; non-refundable within 7 days of hire date.
• Access: Client to provide safe access/parking.
• Damage/Missing items: Repair or replacement charges may apply.
